Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If you wish to initiate a return, please contact us at sales@tapebear.com, provide the reason and the necessary pictures or videos to verify your order issue. Our customer service team investigate and offer a solution based on our polic, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. If your return reason not support free return, you are responsible for return shipping fee reference the shipping fees of shipping policy. We don't charge the Return Fees. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Refunds
If your return is approved, you will receive a refund for the full purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal payment up to 48 hours to dealing with the refund after you receive the refund email, the refund money will 7 business day reaback to your original payment account. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for shipping costs.
In the event that your item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
